If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of any business you represent.
These Terms include provisions specified on the relevant Immigra France Visas website for your country ("Website"), including the Privacy Policy. These Terms are exclusive to Immigra France Visas services, and other general terms do not apply, even if not explicitly rejected.
The Terms may change without prior notice, but the version in effect when you place or modify an order will govern that order. Viewing the Website is governed by the Terms of Website Use, not these Terms.
Immigra France Visas primarily provides assistance in obtaining travel visas and other documentation. We help you prepare and submit the necessary documents to the relevant authorities. If we refer you to another service provider, you are responsible for reviewing their terms, as we do not accept liability for third-party services.
Our order process allows you to review and amend any errors before submission. Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. The contract is formed when we send you an acceptance email titled "Your Order Has Been Received."
These Terms apply to all offers and agreements between you and Immigra France Visas regarding visa and document processing services. If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version will take precedence in case of inconsistencies.
In the UK, consumers have the right to cancel orders within a 14-working-day cooling-off period. However, due to the urgent nature of our services, we may begin work immediately upon payment and receipt of documents. By placing an order, you accept this condition and may not receive the full cooling-off period benefits, particularly for customized items like visas.
Warnings / Disclaimers
The issuing authority has the final say on visa or passport types, issuance speed, and duration. They may request additional documentation and can reject applications without providing a reason to Immigra France Visas. Immigra France Visas does not issue visas or passports and cannot guarantee that any authority will issue a document or the time frame for doing so. Issuing authorities may also issue different types of travel documents than requested, which could affect the document's purpose, validity, or entry frequency.
To avoid complications, do not purchase non-refundable tickets until all necessary travel documents are secured. Immigra France Visas and issuing authorities may prioritize processing based on your travel dates. While we strive to assist in obtaining your documents, we are not liable for delays or rejections caused by embassies, consulates, or passport offices. This includes issues arising from incomplete or inaccurately completed application forms or documentation. Any costs incurred due to such delays are your responsibility.
If you require an ETA/ESTA, Immigra France Visas will assist you, but do not confirm travel plans until you have the necessary documents. We provide visa and passport information in good faith based on the latest details from relevant authorities and are not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the visas and documents obtained cover your planned entry and exit dates, are valid for the intended purpose, and reflect accurate personal details. When we return your passport and documents, verify that you have all required visas, that they are valid, and that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your trip's end. Even with a visa, entry is not guaranteed, as local immigration officials make the final decision. We strongly recommend securing visas before departure rather than attempting to obtain them upon arrival.
General
These Terms and Conditions, along with any expressly referenced documents, represent the entire agreement between us and replace any prior discussions, correspondence, or agreements related to this contract. If any provision of these Terms does not comply with the law, it will be interpreted to give it maximum effect. If it cannot be given effect, it will be considered severable from the rest of the Terms.
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure"), Immigra France Visas will be excused from fulfilling obligations affected by such events. Immigra France Visas may subcontract or assign its obligations and rights under this agreement.
This agreement does not grant rights to any person who is not a party to it, except for lawful successors or assignees. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
