ImmigraFrance processes personal data — including identity and immigration documents — as part of preparing your case. Here's what that means for you.

Right to access

Ask us for a copy of every piece of personal data we hold about you, free of charge for the first request.

Right to correction

If anything we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, tell us and we'll correct it.

Right to erasure

Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements we may have.

Right to portability

Ask for your data in a structured, machine-readable format, to move to another provider.

Right to object

Object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Right to complain

If unhappy with how we've handled your data, complain to France's CNIL at any time.

Specific to case documents

Because we handle identity and immigration documents

Documents you upload are stored with random, unguessable access tokens — never publicly listed or browsable.
Only staff explicitly assigned to your case can access your file — enforced technically, not just by policy.
Uploaded documents are never edited or altered — only viewed and processed.
We retain case documents only as long as needed and as legally required, then delete them.
